SENIOR CITIZENS

Churchcentral Senior Citizens - Time for Tea

Many older people are isolated and face huge challenges alone. In our varied programme of events for senior citizens we provide a context for friendship, fun and facing up to some of the big questions of life.

Senior Citizens Life Group

We gather every Tuesday at the Kenrick Centre in Harborne for a morning of laughter, quizzes, tea drinking, prayer and discussion, culminating in a meal together.

Time for Tea

Every other month we host a “Time for Tea” afternoon tea at Onneley House in Harborne for some of the elderly people with whom we have contact. It’s a time for joking, laughing, reminiscing and, of course, a lot of cake eating! As well as food, there’s normally live music, games and a short talk.
